BauWalker.OS is a RAG-based AI assistant for the German construction industry. It answers questions on BauGB, VOB/B, VOB/C and HOAI with verifiable source citations — turning thousands of pages of building law, norms and contract standards into instant, grounded answers for planners, contractors and project managers. Built on a privacy-first architecture: documents are processed on dedicated GPU infrastructure in Germany, DSGVO-compliant by design.

Seelique helps families stay close across distance and time. Relatives build a shared memory vault — photos, voices, stories — and an AI companion brings it to life for elderly family members: speaking in a familiar cloned voice, in the user's own language, drawing only on family-approved memories. From voice avatars to personal video avatars, with wellbeing insights for the family. Multilingual by design: family members contribute in their languages, the user listens in their own.
